bank, Skill hunting or advertisement. Terms for each of which are detailed
below:
Data Bank & Skill Hunting –
We maintain a strong Databank, created through dedicated efforts and
extensive homework done towards this direction. Whenever there is a
requirement from the client, we access suitable candidates from our data
bank and interview them for the purpose of short listing. Further we
specialise in Resourcing and we undertake this exercise as per the
requirement of the client.
Our Professional Charges are as under –
• At the rate of 10 % + Service Charges of gross annual compensation (cost
of the company) of the candidate who has been selected and placed in the
level below Manager level for ongoing requirements.
• At the rate of 15 % + Service Charges of gross annual compensation (cost
of the company) of the candidate who has been selected and placed in Manager
level and above for ongoing requirements.
• At the rate of 25 % + Service Charges of gross annual compensation (cost
of the company) for Specific Skill Hunting Assignments.
• Actual expenses towards travel/hotel accommodation and out of pocket
expenses of consultant (s) of CAREERVISION in case of outstation interviews.
• Reimbursement of expenses to candidate for travel by the admissible mode
of travel.
• Special lump sum charges on annual basis for a complete mandate in
providing recruitment solutions.
• Fixed charges for Campus recruitment assignments which depends on volume
of requirements and location of the campus.
Advertisement:
In several cases, We recommend release of advertisements in the media. In
such cases we charge the following:
I. 20 % of the Gross annual compensation (cost to the company) of the
candidates placed and would be responsible for pre-screening and initial
interviews.
II. Reimbursement of all estimated expenses incurred on advertisement prior
to its release, which would include the cost of design, artwork bromides etc
wherever applicable.
For the purpose of computing gross annual compensation i.e. cost to the
company all compensation benefits payable to the candidate should be added
i.e. monthly/annually long time benefits, value of incentive, value of perks
such as company car, company accommodations and other company perks. In case
the candidate leaves the organisation within a span of One month due to any
reason, CAREERVISION would provide a free replacement Within One Month of
Same Salary Level & Experience Which Was Provided & from Similar Type/Same
Organisation. The above Professional charges should be paid After 7 days of
joining & Before Completion of 30 Days from Date of Joining.
